If there is a problem with your Back in a Flash® please do not return it to the seller. Instead, follow the instructions below and we will promptly resolve the issue.

Your Back in a Flash® is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase. Before considering a warranty claim, please ensure a) that the problem is with Back in a Flash® and not with your computer, b) that a change in Settings cannot rectify the problem, c) that the problem persists after re-booting your computer, and d) that the matter cannot be resolved by consulting with our Technical Support Department.

If the above steps have not resolved the matter, please send your unit to our warranty location below. Include

a) the original or a copy of the purchase receipt,

b) your name and address, and

c) a description of the problem and the steps you took to rectify it.

Please note that no warranty claims will be considered unless the four steps set forth in paragraph 2 have been done, including a consultation with our Technical Support Department.
